  • YOU are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm(s) purchased. (WARNING: You are not the actual buyer if acquiring firearms on behalf of another person.)

  • YOU are not under indictment for, nor convicted of, a felony or any crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.

  • YOU are not a fugitive from justice.

  • YOU are not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, controlled substances including marijuana, narcotics, stimulants, or depressants.

  • YOU have not been adjudicated mentally defective or committed to a mental institution.

  • YOU have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.

  • YOU are not subject to a restraining order related to harassment, stalking, or threats against a partner or child.

  • YOU have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

  • YOU have not renounced U.S. citizenship.

  • YOU are not an illegal alien in the United States.

  • YOU are not currently listed as “DELAY” or “DENIED” under Federal NICS or any state agency firearm purchase status.

Safety & Liability

  • YOU understand that handling, cleaning, or discharging firearms or ammunition may cause lead exposure. YOU assume all responsibility for such exposure and hold Firearms Store Online harmless.

Export Compliance

Firearms Store Online complies with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations). By ordering from us, YOU certify that neither you nor any third party will export, ship, or transfer restricted items outside the United States, or to any foreign person, without proper U.S. Government authorization.

Export-restricted items include (but are not limited to): firearms, ammunition, firearm accessories, optics (scopes, night vision, holographic sights, thermal vision), tactical lights/lasers, knives, and body armor (vests, helmets, shields).

  • YOU must indicate on your order if you intend to export any item.

  • Firearms Store Online will not assist with exportation.

  • Attempting to export restricted items without authorization may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

Definition of “Foreign Person” (ITAR § 120.16): Any individual not a lawful permanent resident or protected individual under U.S. law, as well as foreign corporations, associations, trusts, international organizations, foreign governments, and their agencies.

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEE

Every order placed requires time and resources to prepare, even before shipment. Once you place an order online or by phone with a sales associate, a 10% Cancellation/Change Fee will apply if you cancel or substitute products. Adding items to an existing order does not incur additional fees. By placing an order, you agree to pay this 10% fee should you cancel or change your order. Our systems are not designed for easy order modifications, and this policy helps us keep prices competitive for our customers.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Inventory is limited, and occasionally multiple customers may order the same item. We honor the first funded order. If stock runs out, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded in full. Items are only reserved once your order is funded. Payments made by check or money order do not guarantee item availability; if another customer completes payment first, your order may be voided and your funds returned.

 

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online catalog updates daily. Occasionally, items may appear in error or contain incorrect descriptions. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, or images are error-free. Firearms Store Online reserves the right to refuse any order affected by such errors. If an error occurs, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. Should an item ship mistakenly, we may request its return unopened, and you will not be billed. By ordering, you agree that Firearms Store Online will be the final authority on catalog discrepancies.
