Important Notes

• Firearms: Once a firearm is accepted from the transferring FFL, it is considered used and returns are not guaranteed. Please inspect all firearms carefully before accepting the transfer.

• Final Sale Items: Ammunition, projectiles, reloading components, clothing, cleaning solvents/lubricants, and food items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable unless defective upon receipt.

How to Request a Return

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Refunds

• Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card (or issued as store credit) once the merchandise is received and inspected. Refunds typically post within 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

• Orders paid by money order or cashier’s check will be refunded as store credit only.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund on non‑defective items, all returned merchandise must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in original packaging.

• Item must be unused. Products showing excessive use will not be refunded or exchanged.

• Include in the package:

Once your package is received and verified, you will receive an email update on the status of your return. Please allow up to several weeks for the process to be completed.

Fees & Conditions

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on non‑defective returns.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned merchandise.

• Non‑defective firearms returned will incur both a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges, deducted from the refund.

• Any deviation from this policy may result in a partial refund or no refund.

Firearm Return Policy

• Inspect all firearms thoroughly at the FFL dealer before completing the transfer. Once transferred, firearms are considered used, even if unfired, and returns cannot be guaranteed.

• FFL transfer fees are non‑refundable.

• If a manufacturer defect is discovered after transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under their warranty policy.

• If Firearms Store Online receives a defective firearm after transfer, we will forward it to the manufacturer on your behalf.

• Manufacturer‑repaired firearms may be returned directly to you without additional FFL fees.

• If the manufacturer issues a replacement firearm, it must be transferred through your local FFL dealer, and any associated transfer fees are your responsibility.
