Firearms

  • Federal Law Requirement: Firearms can only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. They cannot be shipped directly to you unless you hold a valid FFL.

  • C&R Licenses: We do not ship to C&R licenses.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must contact your chosen FFL dealer before purchase to confirm they will accept the transfer.

Important Guidelines

  • Even if your FFL is listed on our site, you must confirm with them prior to ordering.

  • If a firearm is refused, returned, mis-delivered, or otherwise undeliverable, you are responsible for all shipping fees plus a 10% restocking fee if the order is canceled.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the firearm is legal in your state. If returned due to non-compliance, you will incur shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.

  • If a firearm’s magazine capacity is not compliant with your state laws, we will ship the firearm without magazines. We do not provide lower-capacity replacements, and no discounts will be applied. Magazines will not be shipped to alternate addresses.

  • California AR-15s: We ship AR-15s to California only if purchased in a state-compliant configuration. We do not modify firearms for compliance.

 

🚚 Free Shipping on Firearms

  • Handguns: Ship free via UPS 2nd Day Air.

  • Long Guns: Ship free via UPS Ground.

  • Ammunition & Accessories: Ship via Ground Live Rate (based on weight & destination).

  • Expedited shipping is available at additional cost (M–F only, excludes Saturday unless arranged prior to purchase).

Note: Free shipping applies to the initial shipping address or the FFL address provided. Customers must ensure their FFL is available to receive shipments. Redirected packages incur a $18 fee per package, and returned packages will result in additional charges.

 

🌍 Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges.

 

⏱ Processing & Shipping Times

  • Firearms: Typically process within 1–3 business days once FFL information is provided.

  • Non-Firearms: Typically process within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times are separate from transit times and may vary based on order volume.

  • Certain brands may require shipment to our main hub before delivery.

 

💥 Ammunition

  • Must ship via Ground.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after processing.

  • Adult Signature Required is optional at checkout. Declining this option means you accept responsibility for stolen packages after delivery.

 

⚠️ Restricted Items

We comply with all applicable state, county, and municipal regulations. However, you are responsible for ensuring items are legal in your jurisdiction.

  • If an item is returned due to non-compliance, you will be responsible for all fees, including return shipping and a 10% cancellation fee.

 

🚀 Expedited Shipping

  • Available at additional cost (M–F only, excludes Saturday unless arranged prior to purchase).

  • Ammunition: No expedited shipping available.

 

📦 Shipping Insurance

Optional at checkout.

  • Covers lost or damaged packages during transit only.

  • Does not cover packages missing after delivery or mis-delivered to the FFL/address you provided.

  • Customers must confirm their FFL is open and willing to accept transfers.

  • If a package must be rerouted or returned due to closure, refusal, or error, you are responsible for all fees.

  • Insurance does not cover carrier delays (weather, missorting, etc.).

 

📬 Additional Disclaimers

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided, we will require an alternate address, which may delay processing.
