Ruger Mark IV Tactical 22LR for sale 4.4″ Threaded Barrel 10+1

Back in 1949, The Ruger Mark I was introduced that was semi based off of the Japanese Nambu pistol from World War II. Bill Ruger wanted to create a new type of pistol that utilized a tubular reciever, no slide, that uses a bolt and is blowback operated. Since its inception the Ruger Mark series has sold millions of Mark series to include Mark II, Mark III, and now the latest iteration the Mark IV. Ruger has improved their classic Mark series with the introduction of the Mark IV. Whats unique about the new Mark IV series of pistols is the inclusion of a simple, one-button takedown for quick and easy field-stripping and proper chamber to muzzle cleaning. The button is recessed in the back of the frame allows the upper receiver to tilt up and off of the grip frame without the use of tools. This little additon makes the disasembly process much easier than previuos models. This model features a black finish with a black polymer frame and grip. The Mark IV comes with adjustable iron sights with the inclusion of a top mounted picatinny rail for mounting a wide variety of optics.
