The New Ruger Model Super Blackhawk is powerful, single-action performance. The models are chambered in the powerful .44 Magnum, but also accept factory .44 Special cartridges, which deliver superb accuracy and a milder recoil. Their patented transfer bar mechanism and loading gate interlock provide an unparalleled measure of security against accidental discharge. The cold hammer-forged barrel results in ultra-precise rifling that provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning. Their traditional western-style, hand-filling grips have long been acknowledged as one of the most comfortable and natural pointing of any grip style. These models are packed with all the features of the New Model Blackhawk but they boast the power of 44 magnum chambering.
